Play OverviewPlay Overview

Champions of the Shenga (2017) is a fantasy card-battling game. You assemble a deck of creatures, equipment and spells in order to compete, but play is regulated via a special heart rate monitor designed to help players track and master their emotions while duelling.

You choose a tribe and collect the related power-up cards. This results in unique decks that you use to battle online opponents. As you progress you can earn chests and unlock rewards.

Champions of the Shengha (Pro) extends the experience by training in diaphragmatic breathing which helps to regulate emotions and become more resilient.

It is CE marked and approved medical device (Class 1a, MHRA).

Our examiner, Andy Robertson, first checked Champions of the Shenga 3 years ago. It was re-examined by Jo Robertson and updated 9 months ago.
