Play OverviewPlay Overview

Meteos (2005) is a tile-matching game inspired by Missile Command and Tetris. You stack coloured blocks which fall from the top of the screen. The aim is to launch three or more blocks of the same colour onto the top of the screen to make them disappear.

Creating a vertical or horizontal line of three or more blocks causes the block to ignite and rise; they, or any blocks above them, disappear once they leave the screen. Power-ups may help or hinder the player or opponents; one example is a giant hammer that destroys multiple blocks with a few swings. The game ends if the blocks reach the top of the screen. As you progress through the levels you travel from planet to planet.
  • Meteos (2004) on DS
  • Meteos Wars (2006) on Xbox 360 with two players on one screen.
  • Meteos: Disney Magic (2007) on DS with Disney-themed puzzles
  • Meteos Blast (2008) on iOS and Android (No longer available)
  • Meteoro Striker (2021) similar game on Android and PC.
