There are two difficulty options, and on the easier of the two you move directly between locations rather than having to find them yourself, and in combat, there is a large, clear white arrow that tells you which way to move the joystick. On the other difficulty, you have to see which direction she is moving her arm then follow it with the joystick movement. In these sections of the game, time slows down to make it more manageable.

While you can't die, your performance in the combat sections, along with other in game choices, will change the ending you get and may lead to secondary/supporting characters dying.

The text in the game, including subtitles, is rather large and is white with a black outline, ensuring it is relatively clear. Interactive objects are highlighted with a glowing orb of light either on them or above them. While buttons and actions that are required are often overlaid over the gameplay similarly, not in every circumstance is this the case.
