Unusually, you can warp to your boomerang once thrown meaning you can slice, fly, and blast through arenas swarming with evil creatures.
You can opt to toggle the charge ability, but you still need to do multiple inputs quickly because you often need to slow time, charge an ability, aim, and fire, then quickly recall the boomerang. It can get pretty chaotic control-wise.
There is full customisable gyro aiming so you only need to use one stick rather than two. Motion controls can also be paired with the Flick Stick controls.
