NotesAccessibility Notes

The Goals Mode is the main campaign mode to unlock levels. There is no time limit and relies instead on the cat's energy. Players can play at their own pace, and a run ends when the cat's energy level runs out. You can pick up catnip to slow down the game's speed.

There is no real fail state, but levels are unlocked by finding a key in a level, or by completing a score or toppling/playing with items in each level.

The Procedural Mode unlocks after playing a level of Goals Mode, and the Litterbox Mode (Free Play) Mode unlocks after trying one Procedural level. The Litterbox mode lets the player explore any unlocked level with unlimited time and energy.

Crouch can be set to Hold or Toggle.

Interactive item objectives are represented by pictures instead of words, requiring little reading for level goals. In the game world, objective items are highlighted with a brighter outline. When in a level, specific progress on a started goal is displayed clearly on the left side of the screen. You can adjust the field of view to help with motion sickness.
