Coffee Talk is an interactive story about a barista working in a coffee shop in Seattle. You listen to customers' concerns about life and love, in a retro-pixilated world backed with lo-fi chilled hip-hop music.

NotesAccessibility Notes

This game involves a lot of continuous dialogue reading, there are options to speed up the text and to have it auto-advance, which allows you to watch and read along until an interactive segment occurs. With no voice acting and long stretches of written dialogue, the game can have a high cognitive load for attention and memory, however, there is a text log available so you can go back and reread anything you want to or that you may have missed.

While characters are large the text, which is essential to the game, is not, and some of the buttons in the coffee-making section of the game can also be small.

All Speech Subtitled (Or No Speech In Game): All spoken content has subtitles, or there is no speech in the game. This means there is no requirement to hear spoken dialogue or narrative to play the game.
