Cyber Shadow is a retro running and jumping game where you defeat enemies and dodge obstacles. It combines classic 90's platforming games with modern controls and checkpoints that make it more enjoyable and approachable. Dodge and attack midair to progress through the difficult, but not punishing, levels filled with checkpoints and power-ups in a game that combines the best of classic and modern gaming.

The text throughout the game is all large and has high contrast, and the game is bright but sometimes the visual style can make it hard to discern what's what, be it an enemy, obstacle, or background decoration. As it is a 2D game, the levels are easily navigated, and the level select is clear on where you've been, what you can do next, and what you still need to unlock.

In the settings, you can disable lots of different graphics options, including screen flashes, shake, and more.

There are many instances where you'll need to be precise with the button presses and press buttons rapidly, especially in some of the more difficult areas.
