House Flipper is a simulation game where you renovate old broken houses to make money. It's a blend of money management, detailed interior design and repair right down to the electric circuitry. It fosters a sense of creativity and imagination in how you fix your house within budget.

Whilst there aren't any difficulty settings owing to the nature of the game, you aren't up against the clock so can take as long as you need on each part.

Your controls, and other pieces of information such as buyer requirements and bank balance are directly overlaid over the gameplay, sometimes making them unclear as they can blend into the background, and are quite small and cannot be adjusted. As there is no dialogue, this information is very important to understanding the game, and the game can be played without any audio in full.

Initially, many of the locations can be quite dark as they are meant to appear dirty and damaged (there is
a slider to increase brightness), but by the end of the transformation the locations are bright and colourful. There are certain repairs that require you to distinguish between colour, and different colours of text are used to identify different things throughout the game.

Each interactive element is clearly outlined in white when you hover over it, and you can change any cockroaches and insects to broken glass to avoid potentially triggering content.
