Mythwrecked: Ambrosia Island is a friend-making adventure game where you help the Greek gods remember their past and unravel a mysterious curse. As you explore the tropical island, you encounter rare treasures and interact with the gods, helping to restore them to their glory. It balances a calming, nonviolent adventure with deep themes of friendship and community to create a unique and varied play experience.

NotesAccessibility Notes

As the game is not released, the developer is still working on accessibility features. The report represents those features that they have a plan to implement and are confident of including but is subject to change.

Running hold can be changed to toggle but trading fruit requires a hold. The camera is controlled by the game and changes depending on your location. When you get close to the treasure, a sonar-style audio cue, haptic vibration and accompanying visual cue help you track down its exact location.

The text and subtitles throughout the game are all high in contrast, but often quite small. Text in the top right-hand corner of the screen can be enabled that captions all sound effects, so you don't need sound to play. You can enable non-dialogue captions to display environmental sounds as subtitles.

The dialogue system does considerable work to guide conversations so you know what you’ve asked before and how different choices relate to things you’ve found in the game world.

The game reminds you where to go next with a tip system. You can press a button to flash all interactive items. As you approach a pop-up indicates that you can interact with it. There is also a comprehensive map in the game that directs you to missions and quests. You can zoom in to make it larger. When you select an objective it appears on the map.
