PixelJunk Eden is an organic puzzle game. You swing from abstract plant shapes to explore a stylised garden, attacking pollen carriers to gather particles that bring seeds to life. It's a game where you grow a field of plants, each one granting new ways to delve deeper into the silhouetted tundra.

NotesAccessibility Notes

Controls are designed to reduce the number of buttons required. You tap the left stick to start a spinning around in a circle, then press it again to jump in that direction. You hold the left stick in a direction to pass through plants rather than land on them. You can pause in the air for a short time by pressing the action button.

Playing with just the mouse, left button jumps and, if held down, you can guide yourself in the air. The right mouse button controls your silk. You can also adjust the length of the silk with your mouse wheel. As you play you'll unlock a drop attack that's executed by pressing both mouse buttons in the air.

The game is mostly high contrast. There are small items to collect but you don't have to accurately target them. When seeds are ready to grow they flash to indicate this. Your character leaves a trailer behind them that makes it easier to locate where they are and their trajectory.
