Sol Cresta is a classic-style arcade shooting game. It follows previous Cresta games (Moon Cresta and Terra Cresta) focus on bullet dodging, ship augmenting action. Here though you have three ships that can combine their weapons in different ways.

NotesAccessibility Notes

The game offers five difficulty levels, although these are all still reliant on fast reactions. You can restart the game from any level you have got to, which means if you are struggling at one difficulty you can restart, drop down the difficulty and continue from that point.

The game slows down while you are configuring your ship. You can select how many points you need to gain an extra life.

Bullets are bright and flashing to ensure they are visible. Collectible items are usually flashing or outlined. Enemies flash when hit with bullets to indicate taking damage. There is not a lot of text in the game but the different formation commands are small and other text is often low contrast. You can play the game in 90 degree rotated mode to make the size of the ship and enemies larger.
