Play Overview
In the game, you work for a private corporation with a monopoly over the international espionage market. Your mission is to infiltrate a large base filled with a mix of computer-controlled and player-controlled characters. This means you must tread carefully not to be discovered as you hack electronics, sneak through restricted areas and use windows to jump from, all in an effort to get to the vault and steal the objective.
Although you select a starting character you can also disguise yourself as anyone you meet and gain access to state-of-the-art gadgets and skills. There are also some imaginative weapons to use: the tiny cube that inflates or deflates to push away players at high speed, the trip wires that reveal a player's real identity or become any inanimate object.
Of course, you are not alone here and must race rival spies to the objective. It turns the straight-up shooting of a game like Fortnite in a more covert direction. You need to blend in, grab the objective and break out. The spy who completes the mission gets the paycheck.
The result is a game where your movement and behaviour are crucial. There are, of course, close-quarters gun-fights but these are a last resort when you are sure you have found an enemy - otherwise, you risk blowing your own cover. On top of this is the teamwork aspect, where players need to carefully pick and coordinate which characters are best for each phase of the mission: getting keycards and intel, vault infiltration and escaping with the loot. It's a great version of the popular extraction shooter game style.

Skill Level
11+ year-olds usually have the required skill to enjoy this game. Still, it's important for parents and guardians to consider the maturity required to process the game content. It's also important to ensure children understand in-game purchases and have spending limits set-up. You need to not only have fast reactions for the gun fights, but also be able to deal with being tricked by other players - in disguise or using a gadget cleverly to blindside you. Players you are happy to fail and try again will rise to the strong challenge here.
