Destroy All Humans! 2 - Reprobed (2005) is an action-adventure game that parodies Cold War-era alien invasion films. With open-world a bit like Grand Theft Auto, you play the alien Crypto, tasked to gather DNA from humans and explore the open-world levels to do this. As you do this you discover a story about what happened to previous clones.

You are equipped with a vast array of alien weapons and technology. You also have superhuman powers such as psychokinetic powers and the ability to disguise yourself as humans and can use a jetpack to quickly navigate the environment. There are six sandbox locations which can be explored freely. Each location offers unique challenges for players to complete.

Age RatingsAge Ratings

Content Rating

Destroy All Humans is rated between PEGI 12 and PEGI 16 depending on the specific game. Destroy All Humans! 2 - Reprobed is rated PEGI 16 because it features strong violence, the use of illegal drugs and the use of strong language. This game features strong violence during a cutscene in which a human character is shot with a rifle and falls to the ground. Other violence is less realistic, with human and fantasy characters having cartoon-like reactions to being shot with weapons, which include a ray gun and a probe gun which pulls out characters' brains. The game also includes sight of non-playable characters smoking marijuana from bongs, as well as various drug references. There is the use of discriminatory language ('Negro'). There is also the use of bad language, including '*!@?*', 'pussy', 'dick', '*!@?*' and '*!@?*'. There is some suggestive dialogue and discussion of sex.

Rated for younger players in the US. The Destroy All Humans games are all rated ESRB TEEN for Crude Humor, Drug References, Language, Sexual Themes and Violence. Destroy All Humans! 2 - Reprobed is ESRB TEEN for Animated Blood, Crude Humor, Language, Partial Nudity, Sexual Themes, Use of Drugs and Violence. As players explore open-world environments, they use futuristic blasters to electrocute, vaporize, and toss around mostly human enemies. Players can also use an anal probe to harvest human brains; splatters of green blood appear when brains are harvested or when heads pop off. Combat can be frenetic, highlighted by gunfire, explosions, and cries of pain. During the course of the game, players can listen to civilians' inner thoughts, which sometimes contain sexual references (e.g., “If Steve tries to talk me into another threesome, I swear to God I'm gonna kick him in the nads”; “I hate being responsible for my own orgasm”; “I need some serious I and I—intoxication and intercourse”; “A park full o' potheads, and you're tellin' me nobody here's ever had erectile dysfunction?”). A background poster depicts a man with exposed buttocks. References to drugs occur in the dialogue, and characters can sometimes be seen smoking bongs, and nearby cannabis plants. One area depicts a doorway resembling a giant sphincter, and characters are occasionally seen urinating outdoors. The words “sh*t” and “b*tch” are heard in the dialogue.
