Concerned Ape’s Haunted Chocolatier is a strategy game from the creator of Stardew Valley. You explore a fantasy world gather ingredients to make different blends of chocolate that sell in your chocolate shop.

Like Stardew Valley, Haunted Chocolatier is a town builder game. You move in to experience a new way of life. You meet townspeople, achieve your goals and make progress. But unlike the tend and befriend play of similar games, Haunted Chocolatier is more of an action-role-play game. There is more fighting and character development. There is some tending still, but instead of a farm it’s a chocolate shop.

You can visit other characters, help them with life and make friends. As you do you build your different chocolate recipes and make money in your store. Play is divided between two parts. The delightful chocolate world and the haunted castle. In the castle you find ghosts that connect you to the past of the world. The two aspects combine to create a positive, uplifting and life-affirming experience.

Haunted Chocolatier is for PC first, then intended to be brought to Switch, Xbox and PlayStation.
