I Am Dead is a puzzle game from the creators of Wilmot's Warehouse. You play a recently-deceased museum curator trying to avert a disaster from his home town of Shelmerston.

Together with your trusty canine, you must discover Shelmerston's lost ghosts by visiting important places in the town and entering the memories of your best friends while you were alive. To do this you have the ability to peer inside buildings, objects and even people to reveal their histories.

The main interactions, along with exploring the village and talking to inhabitants, is slicing through items in minute details. You can zoom into locations. Then zoom into items in that locations. Each of these 100's of items are fun to investigate. Not only on the design of these things, but for the secrets that they reveal.

Peering into other residents grants you access to their memories and offer up clues to go looking for the next items and other people. As you go, you discover a warmhearted story about death, love and the meaning of home. It's a puzzle game about memory and the afterlife. Through the intertwining lives of different people you discover the history and folklore of Shelmerston.
