Play OverviewPlay Overview

Jet Set Willy (1984) is a classic running and jumping game first available in 1984 on the Spectrum. It was the follow up to Manic Miner and offer the same simple exploration and jump-timing gameplay.

You play tired Miner, Willy, who has to tidy up his house after a party. Play involves working through individual screens that require both timing and a little puzzle solving. It's simple challenging fun controlled by just the left, right and jump buttons.

As you progress you discover a large game of 60 screens. Each offers a different named location and enemies: static killer objects, guardians and of course the various platforms and collectable objects.

Our examiner, Andy Robertson, first checked Jet Set Willy 23 months ago. It was re-examined by Jo Robertson and updated 17 months ago.
