Your team of kamikaze warriors each have different skills and predispositions. It's up to you to use their potential and complete the mission successfully. As you progress you can collect equipment crates in the game and pull up a selector wheel to quickly switch between the items you need for each enemy.
The main mode is a single-player campaign. You can also play in split-screen mode with one other player. Each time you complete a level you are awarded on the basis of how well you have achieved the objectives.
The result is not only a game that directs its violence in a slapstick non-realistic direction but one that also requires considerable patience, planning and deft control. It's Worms meets Cannon Fodder and Metal Gear by way of Quentin Tarantino.
Although the game's violence is directed at vegetables and tongue-in-cheek, the trailer suggests that it will include swear words that are likely to result in an older rating. The developer states that "this Game may contain content not appropriate for all ages: Frequent Violence or Gore, Suicides of the main characters, bad language."
7+ year-olds usually have the required skill to enjoy this game. Still, it's important for parents and guardians to consider the maturity required to process the game content. Younger player need to be able to navigate the battlefield. To beat an enemy you need fast reactions as well as some strategy. Because you have multiple vegetables in your team you can have multiple goes at each stage.
