Shadow's Light - Tale of the Champions is a role-playing adventure game where you can choose which side to fight for; serve the holy kingdom as a valiant knight, or seek to destroy it as an orc chieftain. Set in the holy realm of Aubeïkay, a land blessed by the benevolence of the gods, you play as either one of the realm's valiant knights, sworn to protect the kingdom at all costs, or as one a deadly orc chief who uncovers a mysterious and powerful secret lurking in the wastes of the east and attempts to usurp the kingdom, raining havoc on its inhabitants.

Each side has a fully fleshed-out plot that can be impacted permanently by your choices; both the world and the characters that inhabit it. You need to sneak into enemy bases, interact with the many characters and explore the world to achieve your goals. Combat is another important part of the game and you have a variety of weapons and abilities at your disposal.

The play for either side novelty has been done before, but here there is real depth to both the story and consequences of your presence in an unfolding drama.
