Sociable Soccer is a fast-paced, quick-to-pick-up, slow-to-master, football game. Unlike the intricate lifelike simulation of FIFA, this game wants to recreate the frantic feel of classic arcade football games. It has its heritage back in Sensible Soccer, a competitor to Kick Off on the Amiga and Atari ST, that attracted a loyal following for its cute visuals and knife-edge football battles.

Sensible Soccer is more than a quick arcade game though. It offers an ultra-flexible and accessible experience that can be played by anyone but that requires real skill to master. You control the full team or opt to be the manager. There's online play and head-to-head matches if you connect two controllers.

Alongside the main game, there's a collectable card team-building aspect that offers 25,000 upgradable player cards, from 1,000 international teams. Add to this the Seasonal League System, 60-hour campaign mode and different online modes and you have a strong package.
