OverviewOverview

Summer in Mara is a farming game with a strong narrative about an adventurous girl called Koa. With a full day-night and season cycle, you can take the challenge on at your own pace as you build your farm and explore the world around you.

Take care of the island, harvest crops, create tools and buildings and sail with your boat to discover new islands and secrets. There are 100's of quests to take on and improve your world and more than 20 characters to meet and trade with.

These characters each have their own story that requires you to talk to other people, grow a crop or craft an island. It's the kind of thing that will appeal to players who like the rhythm fetching and carrying.

More experienced players sometimes find a lack of depth or streamlined progression, but it's an ideal game to introduce young players to role-play games and the mechanics of planting, tending and harvesting crops and plants. You make friends, and discover a gentle calming story that invites players to play their part in.
