Play OverviewPlay Overview

Teeter Tower (2022) is a cooperative dexterity game where you build a tower of dice and tiles. You play by rolling dice, stacking the beer mat shaped tiles, and hoping your choice of placement doesn’t lead to the tower collapsing. It is a game of trying desperately to build a tower with limited resources and careful placement, where dexterity is key to your team’s success.

You are trying to work as a team to build a 12 tile tower using dice as your support structure. What makes this tricky is that you only get a maximum of four dice on each layer and must match the placement rules on that tile. It's clever because each placement location also offers a little wiggle room so you can tweak the exact position of your dice depending on how the tower is balanced.

Each go, you draw four dice from a bag, roll them and through discussion with your team choose the best of three tile options. You then place the tile on top of the tower and add the dice as carefully as possible, so that it stays upright. As you progress, your tower becomes more unstable and so tile choice and dice placement become ever more crucial. You must be very careful to add the dice gently because if the tower topples, your team loses instantly. If you make it to twelve tiles and add the tower topper, then your team wins.

The resulting game is a fun mix of dice rolling luck, careful tile choice and edge of your seat dexterity challenge, where both victory and absolute failure are never far away.
