Play OverviewPlay Overview

Zero Sievert (2022) is a retro shooting and survival game where you scavenge a wasteland to find gear and supplies to stay alive in a hard devastated world. You play by stealthily exploring buildings and forests to find and modify weapons. The trick is then making it back in one piece with what you've found.

Zero Sievert is set after the world as we know it has ended. You set out to scavenge equipment in a fictitious post-apocalyptic Eastern Europe. The task is to maintain and expand your bunker of operations to make use of traders, crafting stations, and equipment stores.

As you venture further you find yourself deep in the wilds of the wasteland in the themed biomes (Desert, Forest, Mall). You start with just a gun and a bottle of water and must work to recover items, take out bandits and return to your base with the things you find.

You soon learn that efficiency rather than all-guns-blazing is the order of the day. Adapt and learn the secrets of each map to get in, get out, and get better. As you do, you can customise the different guns with detailed modifications. Create a weapon that suits your style or focus on stats to become the ultimate hunter.

The result is a hard game that requires perseverance and resilience. But more than a straight survival story, it soon expands into multiple quest lines that call you deeper into the world as you meet and talk to all sorts of characters.
