Drawing inspiration from games like Paper Mario The Thousand-Year Door, you control three characters who explore a paper-craft over-world. Each characters uses unique abilities to get around, solve puzzles and find secrets. Your quest is to find The Everlasting Sapling - eating just one of its leaves can grant even immortality. It's an adventure that will take you to The Ant Kingdom, the Snakemouth Den, the Golden Hills, the Lost Sands, and the Bee Kingdom.
When you encounter an enemy, battles are turn-based puzzles where you perform simple timed button presses to maximize your attacks or avoid enemy damage. You can use special attacks as well as acquire weapons and abilities as you progress. Winning an encounter gives you Exploration Points that are used to increase your different stats.
