Play OverviewPlay Overview

Dreamscape (2021) is a running and jumping adventure with a dimension shifting twist. You play Rygan, a wingless teenage drake (a type of dragon). Rygan spends most of his day chasing sheep around until he discovers Gryphon, a wise spirit that teaches him about his special gift. Rygan can conjure up another dimension, and manipulate his surroundings by making platforms appear and disappear. Use this power to defeat the evil dragon that wants to steal Rygan's abilities, and save the world from collapse.

Follow Gryphon's instructions to make your way through the world. Button instructions appear early on in the game until you have used them sufficiently to learn them. Jump up through caves and steps, open doors with spinning wheels, and break open the land with special crystals. Press L1 to open up the other dimension to raise or lower platforms in your way, but be aware that by opening the portal you are letting in enemy eyeballs that can kill you. You also need to be careful not to close or open the portal when it may push you off a cliff or drop you in the river.

This charming adventure has a hero full of personality and a strong storyline about overcoming your biggest fears. The dimension shifting power is a simple but effective gimmick and adds a puzzle element to the jumping and door opening action.
