Play OverviewPlay Overview

Forever Ago is a narrative adventure where you embark on a road trip through beautiful places, capturing memories with your camera and making new friends. You explore forest lakes, dusty barrens and sweltering deserts, interacting with objects you find that tell you about your surroundings.

Progressing is a matter of following the string of clues in each location and take pictures with your camera to document the journey. There are some small puzzles to solve, but these are not intended to be taxing.

As you go you not only revisit memories of your own life, but the chequered history of the people you meet. You discover their beliefs and struggles on this heartfelt journey about broken dreams, loss, and regret (but also courage, hope, and true friendship).

Our examiner, Andy Robertson, first checked Forever Ago 2 years ago. It was re-examined by Jo Robertson and updated 4 weeks ago.

Content Rating

This game has not yet been rated, but we anticipate it is likely to be rated PEGI 16.

Not yet rated, but developer expects PEGI 16 and ESRB TEEN rating. "We assume the age rating will be a PEGI 16. While there's no violence shown on screen, we tell a mature story, so themes like alcohol, dealing with death, and the occasional use of strong language here and there will be present."
