Overview
I Am Bread takes the malleable, real-world physics gameplay and applies it to a slice of bread. By controlling each corner with a different stick or button you make your way around the kitchen and other rooms of the house. Playing a slice of bread is funny in its own right, but it gets really silly as you become covered in all sorts of household detritus.

Accessibility
Our I Am Bread Accessibility Report documents 21 accessibility features:
We collected accessibility data using the PlayStation version of the game.
Vibration is used in game to inform the player that they are becoming increasingly more dirty such as when the bread falls on the floor. It also rumbles to signal that the bread is successfully being toasted. Distinct audio cues also signify these same events.
Progress is saved after each level completion. However, if the player fails a level then they must restart from the beginning of that level. There is no time limit to complete each level but the bread does have a limited amount of stamina it can use to climb. This means a player must move quickly in order to scale to the top of some surfaces before stamina runs out.
The story is read through case files between levels. However, this backstory is not crucial to the gameplay itself.
During the tutorial the player is told that the goal of the game is to become toast. However, during actual gameplay, it may not always be made clear how to accomplish this. In some levels there is a toaster the bread has to climb in. In another level the bread has to lay across a clothing iron to achieve the same result. The player is left to their own devices as to how to navigate a level and figure out how to become toast.
Please note that while in the tutorial practice area, there is a weird depth of field effect that may cause issues for some players. This effect was not present in any other part of the game as far as we could tell.
