Rymdkapsel (2015) is a strategy game where you command a stylised space station filled with minions. You make decisions about to spend your manpower and expand your space station. It's minimalist and intentionally opaque to understand, but through multiple runs you gain the experience to master resource management, acquisition and unit control.

Play involves deciding which types of buildings to create. You need to ensure you generate enough food, weapons and living quarters. Unlike other strategy games, which are often an arms-race, here you need to consider efficient expansion by the placement of Tetris-block-shaped engineering, food, construction and defence areas.

Along with this strategy gameplay you also have to keep an eye on invading forces. Here the games has a tower-defence feel as you must place guns and defensive weapons to ensure you don't succumb to attack.

The results is a simple looking game that lets you focus on planning strategy and striking a good balance between defence and expansion. It's an unforgiving but streamlined experience that packs a lot into each hour-long run.
