Victory Heat Rally is a frantically fast racing game, like arcade-style experience but with modern features and twists. Visually similar to Power Drift and the older Mario Kart games, but you can upgrade your car. There are a variety of scenic locations for racing and minigames in this novel blend of racing games new and old.

You can compete in time trials or competitive races in 36 different tracks on tropical beaches, in dense forests and jungles. You drift around the corners, picking the optimal speed and approach vector in a system that's simple to learn but takes practice to perfect. You scale steep hills and twisting turns, and jump off huge ramps and peaks, and if you go off the track, you lose precious seconds while you make your way back.

Alongside the main game, there are a variety of secrets and easter eggs, that themselves are fully-fleshed out games, such as a parody of the classic snake game. There's also the option to play in split-screen mode, making it an ideal way to test your skills against friends and family.

It's a unique blend of aspects of racing games spanning decades, that incorporates the classic visual style and gameplay feel of earlier games while building upon those games with more comprehensive gameplay features that make the game more immersive and modern-feeling.
