Best Video Games with Accessibility Features: on Nintendo Switch with "No Reading" Accessibility Settings

The Nintendo Switch is a video game console released in 2017. It combines handheld and console features. You can use it on a large TV screen, or remove it from its "dock" to play in handheld mode like a Nintendo 3DS.

Following on from Nintendo's Wii and Wii U console, it offers small wireless controllers that are motion sensitive. It also has a touch screen that can be used in handheld mode.

Although it's not backwards compatible with Wii U or Wii games, many of these are being re-released on the system. It is also a good machined to access lots of smaller games made by independent developers.

As part of our Accessibility Report, this page lists games that have been flagged with Reading - Reading Level accessibility (how much reading or listening comprehension is required, how well the game provides visual and audible access to the text and whether subtitles and captions are a good fit for purpose) for the following:

No Reading: No reading is required, other than simple menus. The game either has no text or can communicate textual content with visuals and interactions. If reading isn't required because the text is voiced the All Dialogue is Voiced feature indicates this.
