Apple Arcade Games

Apple Arcade is a subscription service that provides a free library of games for iPhones, iPads, Mac and Apple TV (with a few exceptions). They have been selected for quality and can be played without any addition in-game purchases.

These games have been supported by Apple, are all family appropriate, have no in-app purchases and be played on or offline and let you jump from iPhone to iPad. One subscription can be used for up to six family members.

The games in Apple Arcade are designed to let you play across multiple devices. This means you can start a game on your iPhone, continue on iPad and end the day playing on Apple TV, with your progress being remembered across each of these locations.

As with any Apple game, you can decide whether to share your personal data on these games. Apple Arcade is also designed to work with Screen Time and parental controls.

You can also pair your Apple device with an Xbox Wireless Controller with Bluetooth, PlayStation DualShock 4 and other MFi (Made For iPhones) controllers. This turns your iPhone, iPad, Mac or Apple TV into a game console.

The Apple Arcade subscription is $4.99/£4.99 a month and offers a free trial.
